1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Nitya Affordable Luxury Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are carefully curated and quality-checked. Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice. Product images are representative; slight variations in color and finish may occur.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after verification via phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or failed payment verification.
4. Shipping
We ship Pan-India with trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Remote locations may take longer. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499.
5. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused with original packaging. Please share an unboxing video to support any claim.
6. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery is available Pan-India. Please keep exact change ready to help our delivery partners. Refusal of confirmed COD orders may attract a small handling fee for future orders.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
